We collect personal information when we provide services to our Members and enter into relationships with Suppliers. Generally, if appropriate, we will tell you why we are collecting personal information and how we plan to use it, or these things will be obvious when we collect the information.
We usually collect personal information such as your business contact details, job title or position and email address if you are employed by a Member or a Supplier.
We may collect other personal information in the course of providing our services to you or your employer such as information from Suppliers about a Member’s employees in connection with Member spend.
Supply Clusters removes all personally identifiable information from Supplier Reports before generating Member spend reports and does not use, disclose or otherwise store this information for any purpose.
HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Supply Clusters uses your information to provide and market our services to you and develop our relationship with you.
Supply Clusters undertakes not to sell, rent or trade personal information. We will not disclose personal information to third parties for them to market goods and services to you. Supply Clusters may also disclose your information to service providers, agents and contractors from time to time to help us to provide and market our services to you.
We handle personal information relying on the employee and related bodies corporate exemptions in the Privacy Act where those exemptions are relevant.

We make limited use of cookies on this website to assist in understanding website traffic. This website does not store personal information such as email addresses or other details in a cookie.
